All orders qualify for free shipping.
 

How long does order processing take?

Your order details will be sent to our overseas warehouse within 24 hours to arrange the shipment of your package in a timely manner. Once the order is processed, you will not be able to modify the order information or cancel the order.

If you need assistance with your order, please contact our customer service team via email at [etoeprojectors@gmail.com] within 24 hours of placing your order. If our customer service team does not receive your confirmation of our proposed solution within 48 hours of our reply, we will proceed with processing your order and arranging the shipment of your package.

Our overseas warehouse will process your order within 1–3 business days.
 

How long does delivery take?

3–11 business days.

Countries eligible for shipping: United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, Mexico, Indonesia, Japan.

I ordered multiple items. Will all of them be delivered together?

We will make every effort to ensure all the items you ordered are delivered together. However, in some cases, items may not be shipped together because different shipping methods might be required for different products. Once an item is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
 

Can I change the delivery address after the package has been shipped?

Unfortunately, once the product is in transit (i.e., the package has been shipped), we cannot modify the delivery-related information.
 

What should I do if I receive a product different from the one I ordered?

  • Please provide the correct delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses will affect delivery, and the customer will be responsible for any failed delivery resulting from such issues.
